Teens & Adults Program

MAC FITKICK

MAC Fitkick is our new kickboxing program focusing on martial arts and exercise. Bring comfortable workout clothes and water. Handwraps and boxing gloves (12-16 oz.) are required. Classes will be taught by Jasmine Marzo, a 4th Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, multiple-time competitor and gold medalist in Tae Kwon Do and open tournaments for sparring/forms, and amateur kickboxer. Monday - 8:30 am to 9:30 am ( Legs & Kicks )
Tuesday - 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm ( Legs & Kicks )
Wednesday - 8:30 am to 9:30 am ( Arms & Boxing )
Thursday - 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm ( Arms & Boxing )
Friday - 8:30 am to 9:30 am ( Arms, Legs & Kickboxing )

Pricing Options

Train Unlimited: $150 monthly, unlimited classes, no contract (30 day cancellation) includes 10% OFF all FITKICK gear.
Drop In: $25
5 Classes: $75 ($15 per class)
10 Classes: $130 ($13 per class)
MAC Parent (curent child enrolled in MAC): $100 monthly (unlimited classes)

Adult Tae Kwon Do Classes

Want to train in the martial arts as a family? Martial Arts Company is now providing classes for teen and adult beginner students taught by all the head instructors. Classes begin Monday October 24th, 2016. See schedule below:

Monday: 9:30 am to 10:30 am
Tuesday: 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Wednesday: 9:30 am to 10:30 am
Thursday: 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm
